Terms and Conditions
Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd. (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.super45gourmet.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), or through our sales hotlines at 8020 7299 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd.
- Delivery Hours: 1030am to 7.30pm
- Hotline Hours: 9am to 6pm / 7 days per week (If beyond Hotline Hours, kindly leave us a WhatsApp or Message and we will get back to you within 24 hours)
- A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 10.45am and if we are able to accede to your request.
- Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated/confirmed timing with you, upon successful order and payment confirmation.
- A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount may be adjusted for Festive period).
- A minimum order of $200 per order applies for all self-collection orders.
- A delivery charge of $30 – $80, to a single delivery point applies for each order via Hotline or Website and as follows:
- Delivery charge of $30 per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders. Optional Heating Pads with Extra Aluminium Tray at S$10 per dish.
- Delivery charge of $55 per return trip is applicable for our Super Classic Buffet orders.
- Delivery charge of $70 per return trip is applicable for our Super Executive Buffet orders.
- Delivery charge of $80 per return trip is applicable for our Super Premium Buffet orders.
- A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code and areas depicted:
- Raffles Place, Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Anson, Tanjong Pagar – 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08;
- High Street, Beach Road (part): 17;
- Orchard, Cairnhill, River Valley – 22, 23;
- Middle Road, Golden Mile – 18, 19;
- Alps Ave – 49;
- Sentosa – 09;
- We reserve the right to decline any orders made to locations beyond our delivery bandwidth.
- Festive surcharge of $20 – $30 is applicable for all delivery orders with Festive period as stipulated by Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd..
- Surcharge of $55 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing.
- Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd. accepts the following payment methods via:
- PayNow (UEN: 202422600Z) and/or;
- Account Transfers (DBS Business Multi-Currency Account: 072-117671-8)
- An upfront 50% payment of total Bill (including GST and all orders, delivery charges, surcharges) is to be duly made upon confirmation of your Order please.
- Pre-payment of remaining 50% of total bill is to be made 2 working days (minimum 48 hours) prior to the event date.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. As a GST-registered company, Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd. will apply the prevailing GST to all orders.
- For free cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the event date.
- An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
- 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received within 1 working day (minimum of 24 hours) prior to the event date. This does not apply to customised events i.e. with decorations, specific requirements/add-ons on Vegetarian/Halal meals involved.
- No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself.
- Due to the labour-intensive job’s nature, a 10% service charge is applicable for waste management, labour & equipment set up.
- Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification.
- We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit.
- To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort possible to contact you should such a situation arise.
- Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Super45 Gourmet Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.
- All items/ dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only. Any deviation is purely unintentional
- Additional customizations, such as party decorations and Halal or vegetarian menu options, can be arranged upon request. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
